Berger Foundation to open a sports and entertainment arena on private land owned by the foundation near the City of Palm Desert.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The decision to move was taken because <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oakviewgroup.com\">Oak View Group<\/a> reportedly failed to finalize a planned agreement with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aguacaliente.org\">Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians<\/a>.
