Search Tips
Search by name
Begin typing the first word of the arena you’re trying to locate, and RinkAtlas will display the names of arenas matching the words that you type. (Right now, search is limited to one word only, so pick the most unique word. We are working on a better solution.)
Search by city and state or city and province
Type the name of the City followed by the state or province abbreviation. RinkAtlas will show all of the arenas in that city. Examples:
- Philadelphia, PA
- Montréal QC
Search by State or Province
Type the two-letter abbreviation for a state or province. RinkAtlas will show all of the arenas in that state. Examples:
- AL = Alabama
- AK = Alaska
- AZ = Arizona
- AR = Arkansas
- CA = California
- CO = Colorado
- CT = Connecticut
- DE = Delaware
- FL = Florida
- GA = Georgia
- HI = Hawaii
- ID = Idaho

Contributing Photos to RinkAtlas
We appreciate any photos that you are willing to contribute to RinkAtlas. For a list of legal guidelines, specific photo requests, and ways to submit your photos, please refer to the RinkAtlas Arena Photography Guide.
Geolocation
Note: Geolocation is currently disabled.
RinkAtlas automatically tries to locate the arenas nearest to your device’s current location.
If you are using:
- a smartphone, such as an Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy or another phone compatible with Android,
- a tablet, or
- a desktop computer with an operating system that is capable of sharing the device location,
you will be asked if you want to share your location with RinkAtlas.
Please agree to share your device’s location. We currently do not record device locations in any user identifiable way.
When RinkAtlas receives your device’s location, you will quickly see a list of the closest arenas to your location that are currently in the RinkAtlas arena directory.
