Genova Chavez Community Center ice rink is closed for the summer due to compressor problems. This is according to a July 24 report in the Santa Fe New Mexican by Carina Julig.
According to the article, the Chavez Community Center rink has been closed since June 14. The rink has four total compressors, and it reportedly needs three to remain functional in order to make ice.
